Are you pain? You are not alone. In fact, according to the US pain foundation, approximately one in five adults in America endure chronic pain. This silent menace attacks for various reasons and really likes to hang on. It impacts every aspect of life, from sleep quality and the ability to focus, to mood and motivation.

I’m here for you. Over the past two decades, I have poured my heart and soul into learning the healing arts. Many fabulous gurus have honored me with their tutelage and I genuinely wish to help others feel better in their bodies. I believe that with patience, hard work, and consistency, our systems are capable of incredible neuroplastic changes.

Everyone’s journey is personal, and I don’t think that there is a one size fits all therapy (or diet) for optimal health. For some it’s yoga, for others it’s running. Usually, a balanced mix of several things that suit your system is best. Moderation is key. Movement is key. I’m here to help you move a little better, and then a lot better.
